This recipe, Chicken Thighs with Olives and Tomato Sauce, gets cooked in a slow cooker…it would be the perfect thing to make on a lazy Saturday afternoon… Just assemble all the ingredients, sit back, relax, read a book or watch a movie—and your dinner will be ready for you and your family at dinner time.

All you have to do is to make sure that you have all the ingredients that you need…

Speaking of which, you’ll need:

12 chicken thighs (about 4 pounds), skinned
1 teaspoon kosher salt, divided
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, divided
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 1/2 tablespoons minced garlic
1/4 cup dry white wine
3 tablespoons tomato paste
2 to 3 teaspoons crushed red pepper
1 (28-ounce) can diced tomatoes, drained
1/4 cup sliced pitted kalamata olives
2 tablespoons chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley

Then you cook it all on the stove…add it to the slow cooker…then in 4 hours, your dinner is done! That was easy!!! Enjoy your home cooked meal!
