1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 eggs
1 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup water
1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract, divided
4 slices (1/8th each) leftover Marie Callender’s® Dutch Apple Pie
2 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons reduced fat (2%) milk
