Just a short time ago (literally, only a couple hours ago actually) I posted a recipe for Double Crunch Honey Garlic Chicken. You can check out that recipe by clicking here. Anyway, writing about that dish got me thinking “I would love to try this with shrimp too!” Sure enough, after a quick Google search, I found what I was looking for, and I can’t WAIT to try it!

WOW, this Honey Garlic Shrimp dish has got to be fantastic because there are ONLY 4 INGREDIENTS…PLUS THE SHRIMP. How do you like THAT for simplicity? One thing you’ll have to do is get YOUR PAN REALLY HOT…SO YOU CAN SEAR THE SHRIMP. It only takes one minute per side…then you’re ready to serve the shrimp with the leftover sauce. But don’t overdo it! You don’t wanna ruin this shrimp, not when it’s THIS tasty!

Here’s what you need:

1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined with tail on
Sauce:
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
½ teaspoon ginger, minced
4 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce

I would like to thank Farah from The Cooking Jar for this delicious and quick dish. Shrimp is such a simple dish. It’s easy to forget just HOW MUCH you can do with them! Be sure to head on over to the Cooking Jar now for the full instructions. Enjoy!
