Summer is coming to a close. After all of this terrible heat, a recipe like this should be exactly what the doctor ordered. If you are looking for an easy yet fabulous dessert for a party coming up or just a night with your family, I’ve got the perfect answer for you!  This is such a simple recipe that can be made very quickly and only needs about a half an hour in the freezer before you serve it.There’s no real cooking for the dessert.  It’s just buying it all at the store and then putting it all together. You can’t get an easier dessert to create and your family will love it.  We rarely have leftovers when I make this dish.  The kids love helping to put it together and love it even more to cleaning their plates.
Here’s what you need:
24 vanilla ice cream sandwiches, unwrapped
1 (12 ounce) jar caramel ice cream topping
1/4 cup chopped pecans, or to taste
2 (8 ounce) containers whipped topping (such as Cool Whip®), thawed
1 (12 ounce) jar hot fudge ice cream topping, warmed
Thanks to allrecipes.com for this awesome recipe. The only problem with this recipe is that the ice cream sandwiches might not make it to the end. Ice cream sandwiches are one of my favorite things… I don’t think I could NOT indulge a bit! If you feel the same way, be sure to head on over to All Recipes now for the full instructions. Enjoy!
