My family loves HOT (spicy) food, so when I had seen this recipe for Jalapeno Popper Meatballs, I knew I had to include it on our site. Rachel, The Stay At Home Chef, said to use 2 jalapeno peppers, but to be in the safe side, I think that 1 pepper will do just fine. When I make my Sunday sauce meatballs, I usually don’t add the shredded cheese, Worcestershire sauce and defiantly not the cream cheese, so I can’t wait to see how they turn out. The Stay At Home Chef has many recipes that look to be amazing, and I’m sure they ARE, so I will be including of her mouthwatering recipes in the months ahead.

Here is what you’ll need to make Jalapeno Popper Meatballs:

1 pound ground beef
½ white onion, minced
1 to 2 jalapenos, minced
¾ cup plain bread crumbs
½ cup finely shredded cheese
⅓ cup milk
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried basil
4 ounces cream cheese

Not that meatballs were ever BORING, but this recipe really spices things up a bit! For the full instructions, check out the Stay At Home Chef now. Enjoy!
