Summertime is here! It’s BBQ time! Hamburgers, hot dogs, steak, you name it. In preparation, I’d like to bring you this recipe for Marinated Flank Steak! It’s great in the oven (which I prefer) and on the grill. Mix all ingredients in a bowl, then pour marinade over meat (but first poke holes all over meat on both sides), then cover and refrigerate for 6 hours, remember  turn meat over every hour so the marinade get into the meat. I slice the meat BEFORE it goes in the broiler, this way it doesn’t take that long to cook. Thanks to GUYCON and All Recipes for sharing this simple and delicious recipe.

Here is what you’ll need to make Marinated Flank Steak:

1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 1/2 pounds flank steak

Nothing beats a nice tender flank steak! There’s nothing quite like a steak that you can cut without a knife, and this recipe more than qualifies. T’s nearly perfect! For the full instructions, head over to All Recipes now. Enjoy!
