What is better than a chocolate dessert?  A chocolate dessert that is served in an edible chocolate cup, of course!  You know I’m right.

When I saw a picture of these raspberry chocolate cups filled with raspberry creamy mousse and topped with fresh raspberries I knew I found my next adventure!  This recipe is not hard, but it will take time and patients so definitely attempt it on a night when you have the time. I used some aluminum muffin cups like they suggested and it did work really well, but what ever you have available I’m sure will be good.  Let me know how you did making these, if you liked them and what you think would make the recipe easier or better.  Have fun and enjoy!

Here’s what you need:

Chocolate Cups
7 oz (200 g) dark chocolate (55-70% cocoa)
6 aluminum muffin cups
Raspberry Puree
5 oz (150 g) fresh or frozen raspberries
1/4 cup (50g) sugar
Chocolate Raspberry Filling
7 oz (200 g) dark chocolate (55-70% cocoa)
1 1/4 cup (300g) whipping cream, cold
Raspberry puree
Topping
Fresh Raspberries
Powdered sugar
