My daughter and I recently got into making mug cakes.  They are so easy and really turn out tasty.  This recipe is one of my favorites.  Whether you make them with your kids or use them for a party they are worth the time.

This recipe is for red velvet mug cakes and I don’t know if it’s the color or what but I think they turn out so elegantly and with a top of frosting they come out so pretty.  Plus they only take minutes in the microwave, just minutes!  This recipe is enough for just two mugs, so if you’re making more, add more ingredients and have fun!

Here’s what you need:

    PAM® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
2 cups Reddi-wip® Original Dairy Whipped Topping
1/4 cup Egg Beaters® Original
1/2 cup dry red velvet cake mix
3 tablespoons reduced-fat cream cheese spread
4 tablespoons Reddi-wip® Original Dairy Whipped Topping
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
