WOW, this is soooo cool!!!  It’s my son’s 9th birthday is on the 22nd of October, so since it’s on Saturday this year, I thought it would be cool to have a few of his classmates over for a Halloween Birthday Party.

We can have the kids dressed up in costumes…we can decorate the house in the Halloween theme…I can make a Halloween Witch birthday cake…and my son can help me make decorative Spooky Brownies.  These brownies are really cute; they are made with marshmallows, which is right up my son’s ally. These are the perfect thing for any kid’s party. They are nice and simple, and light too, so there will be plenty of room for cake!

What I need for the brownies is:

1 box (1 lb 2.4 oz) Betty Crocker™ Original Supreme Premium brownie mix
Water, vegetable oil and egg called for on brownie mix box
Decorations
1 1/4 cups Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy creamy white frosting (from 16 oz container)
Betty Crocker™ green, pink and blue neon gel food color
16 large marshmallows
M&M’s™ minis chocolate candies
Betty Crocker™ black decorating gel (from 0.68-oz tube)
1 roll Betty Crocker™ Fruit Roll-Ups® chewy fruit snack (any red variety)
Gummy worms candies

It will be so much fun to decorate these brownies with my son.  I CAN’T WAIT!!!!

Thanks to Betty Crocker for showing and giving me ideas…thank you, thank you! What I like best about this is that you can really use your imagination to come up with some truly awesome designs. Heck, you can even just throw in some plain brownies and say that they’re based on the Invisible Man! I’d love to see what you can come up with! Just be sure to head on over to Betty Crocker now for the full instructions. Enjoy!
