This is a very clever idea for a great dessert that is elegant and just a lot of fun to make and eat! This might just be the most interesting dessert idea I’ve seen in a while!

This is a recipe for chocolate ravioli that uses a very simple list of ingredients. And yes, I said CHOCOLATE RAVIOLI! You’ll need cream cheese, sugar, milk chocolate, wonton wrappers and than toasted and chopped pine nuts and cooking spray. The great thing about raviolis is that they are little pockets that you can fill with anything, even chocolate. Though, why no one ever thought of that until now is a mystery, now that I know, it seems almost TOO perfect!

My daughter and I made them this week and went through them very quickly. They have a great sweet flavor and are really quite addicting. They are a great treat for your next get together.

Here’s what you need:

Nonstick cooking spray
1/2 cup tub-style light cream cheese
2 tablespoons sugar or sugar substitute* equivalent to 2 tablespoons sugar
2 ounces milk chocolate
20 square wonton wrappers
1 tablespoon pine nuts, toasted and coarsely chopped
