You have to try these Cherry Cheesecake Brownies…they are to die for! It’s the only way I can put it! Just imagine a fudgy brownie, that is so moist and delicious, then, as if that’s not already enough, it’s topped with cheesecake that has Cherry Lucky Leaf pie filling swirled on top! Did you GET all of that? You might wanna re-read that paragraph so you know you didn’t just imagine it! Oh, I can’t wait for you to taste it!!!

Here is what you need:

Cheesecake Topping Ingredients:

2 (8 ounce) cream cheese

½ cup sugar

1 egg

½ teaspoon vanilla

Brownie Ingredients:

1 cup butter

6 ounce unsweetened chocolate

2 cups sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 teaspoon salt

4 eggs

1¼ cup flour

1 (21 ounce) Lucky Leaf® Cherry Pie Filling

You beat the cream cheese till smooth…mix the brownies…put aluminum foil on pan…spread in pan…drop the cheesecake on top of brownie…swirl the cherry…bake. After these brownies cool completely, then chill overnight, even though it says for 4 hours—longer, the better… or at least until you can’t stand the wait anymore!
