If you have leftover apple pie ingredients then you should try this recipe for cinnamon apple pie cake roll. It really is quite creative. It takes an already wonderful dessert and turns it into another, that you’ll enjoy just as much as the original, if not more!

3/4 cup confectioners’ sugar, divided
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1-1/4 teaspoons ground cinnamon, divided
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 eggs
1 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup water
1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract, divided
4 slices (1/8th each) leftover Marie Callender’s® Dutch Apple Pie
2 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons reduced fat (2%) milk
