When I am trying to stay cool during those more brutal days, I often find myself reaching for a hidden emergency stash of creamsicles from my freezer. Orange and cream is a fantastic mix! ESPECIALLY when you are trying to stay cool. It’s a very soothing combination. Imagine, then, how my eyes LIT UP when I stumbled onto this recipe for a Creamsicle Cheesecake that I just can’t wait to make! Heck, I might even go the extra mile and toss it in the freezer once I’m done, just to complete the disguise! All Recipes really stepped up their game with this one!
