It’s a Friday night; you’re in the mood for pizza.  Instead of looking for the number to call, you decided to make your own. How difficult would it be making a “Tomato-Mozzarella Pizza”! It’s really easy thanks to “My Recipes – and Cooking Light”!  Get a can of refrigerated French bread dough, and make a 12 inch circle, make sure you form a rim for the crust. Then follow directions for other ingredients, and voilà your pizza has been made. Now wasn’t that EASY!

Here is what you’ll need to make Tomato-Mozzarella Pizza:

1 (11-ounce) can refrigerated French bread dough
2 tablespoons yellow cornmeal
Cooking spray
1 1/2 pounds plum tomatoes, thinly sliced
1 garlic clove, minced
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese, divided
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 ounces pancetta
1/4 cup thinly sliced fresh basil
