I was looking through a couple of cookbooks today, and I found this old steak stir fry recipe that I used to make quite often. We all used to love it so much, there was never any leftovers, a rarity in my family. It was a very simple, nothing to it really. Anyway, I got to thinking I should make it again, but I wanted to spice it up a bit.

That’s when I came across this Ginger Beef and Broccoli Stir-Fry recipe on bigoven.com. Ginger might be EXACTLY the ingredient I’ve been looking for! So simple, I never even considered it! Just think, you could have an awesome meal for four in just over a half hour… My mouth is already watering!

Here’s what you need:

50 grams white rice wine vinegar; 25 + 25
2 teaspoons cornstarch
30 grams oyster sauce
60 grams water
1 teaspoon stock paste
1 teaspoon raw sugar
2 teaspoons Sesame Oil
500 grams Steak; Thinly sliced
400 grams basmati rice; rinsed
900 grams water
30 grams Olive oil
3 centimeters ginger
300 grams Broccoli Florets

I’d like to thank bigoven.com for this fantastic recipe. I think that old recipe of mine is going BACK into storage, there’s a new king dish in town! I hope my family is as excited about this dish as I am! Be sure to head over to bigoven.com by clicking here now for the full instructions. Enjoy!
