WOW, these chicken wings are UNBELIEVABLE…that’s right UNBELIEVABLE! There is no other way to say this, but go out and get a package of chicken wings…rush home and MAKE THESE WINGS IMMEDIATELY!

Honey Sriracha Chicken Wings should be on your table for your next party or get-together. Or just for dinner for you and your family. I made them for dinner tonight actually, to test the waters, and my son described it as “Mango Habanero flavor from Buffalo Wild Wings, only nowhere near as hot!” That’s a glowing endorsement if you ask me!

Here’s what you need:

2 tablespoons baking powder
1 tablespoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
2 1/2 pounds chicken wing sections

Honey Sriracha Glaze:
1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup sriracha sauce
1 tablespoon seasoned rice vinegar
1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
1 pinch sesame seeds, or as desired

In a small bowl mix together the baking powder, salt, pepper, paprika. Then in a large bowl place the wings; and put half of the baking powder mixture on…then mix all together…then put the other half of the baking powder on…mix it all over the wings…then bake for 20 minutes…turn…bake for another 20 minutes…take out of over and turn again…bake for the last time…bake for 15 minutes.

Whisk the honey and sriracha mixture on the wings…sprinkle with sesame seeds…GET READY FOR THE BEST WINGS THAT YOU EVER HAD.
