These “French Macaroons” look so beautifully made.  Unfortunately, they take A LOT of practice in making them. I would say that you should try making them three times before you can say “LOOK AT THESE BEAUTIFUL MACAROONS THAT I MADE”. But once you have the process down, making these French Macaroons will be easy. I would like to say thanks to “All Recipes” for making these macaroons a staple in my baking process.

Here is what you need:

3 egg whites
6 tablespoons superfine (castor) sugar
1 cup finely ground almonds
1 1/2 teaspoons finely ground almonds
1 1/3 cups confectioners’ sugar

So few ingredients. I guess you could classify this recipe as “easy to learn, hard to master” but either way, the end result is delicious! Check out for the full instructions. Enjoy!
