All I had to hear was individual chocolate melting cake and I knew I had to have this recipe!

To make these cakes you use very basic ingredients, that you probably already have in your kitchen, and it’s an incredibly easy recipe to follow.  They are best served immediately, so don’t make them ahead of time, but they should only take about 30 minutes from beginning to end.  They are only about 15 minutes in the oven and they come out really moist and chocolatey.  You serve them with caramel sauce and either coffee or vanilla ice cream.  Your family will devour them!

Here’s what you need:

10 ounces semisweet or bittersweet chocolate, chopped
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
5 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
caramel sauce
coffee ice cream
