This “Spicy Asian Zucchini” would make a great side dish for chicken or fish dinner. It’s really simple to make, and that’s half the battle in the summer time. For those of you who don’t know Sriracha Sauce is so good, it’s great for marinades and stir-frying, and when I saw that it was one of the ingredients for this dish, I knew I had to include the Spicy Asian Zucchini for everyone to try. Here is what you’ll need to make Spicy Asian Zucchini:

1 large or two small zucchini, cut into long strips
Sesame oil
¼ cup soy sauce (Tamari if gluten free)
2 Tablespoons sriracha sauce
1 teaspoon honey
2 Tablespoons sesame seeds
2 green onions, sliced
