I love Chinese food!  it’s so tasty, and this dish is my absolute favorite!  This recipe is from Wolfgang Puck which was on foodnetwork.com.  Make this dish when you’re in the mood for Chinese.  I love it because it has the chilies, ginger, green onions.  Check it out when you’re in the mood for a dish that you can make it as HOT as you like.


1 tablespoon rice wine
1 tablespoon peanut oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon cornstarch
8 ounces boneless, skinless chicken breast, thinly sliced
