This recipe, Blackened Shrimp Stroganoff, has Cajun seasoning, mushrooms, sour cream and a jar of roasted red peppers in it and more and I think you’ll LOVE IT!

Here’s everything you’ll need:

1 pound fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
6 ounces fettuccini pasta
1 tablespoon butter
3 cups fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 tablespoon chopped shallots
2/3 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 cup chicken broth
1 (7 ounce) jar roasted red bell peppers
1 tablespoon drained capers

Peel the shrimp and cook the pasta. Meanwhile, cook the mushrooms and shallots until tender; add shrimp…chicken broth. So far this dish sound like it’s gonna be good!!

You then stir in sour cream and cornstarch; when you’re done stir in the shrimp, mushroom, roasted red peppers; heat it through…season…serve over pasta. This is definitely a meal, no doubt about it, you’re gonna want to make more than once.
