This is a great recipe for that extra ground beef you have in the freezer because if you’re anything like me, you’ve got a LOT of it. If you have kids, they will love these cheeseburger cups, but if you don’t have kids, they still make a great meal.

They are really easy to make, and especially with the sauce added to the top, they are extremely fun and easy to eat.  It’s just a different kind of barbecue hamburger that adds variety to your week. That alone is more than enough reason to try these out. Once you’ve cooked the beef and sauce, let your kids help put the biscuits in the pans and then fill them.  They only take about 15 minutes in the oven and with some fries, it’s a meal they will love!

Here’s what you need:

1 pound ground beef
½ cup ketchup
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1-½ teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
8 oz mushrooms cut into small pieces
4 pieces of bacon cut into pieces
¼ cup dill pickles diced.
1 tube (12 ounces) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
½ cup VELVEETA Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product cubed
BBQ Sauce
