If you love mint, then you have to try this “Crème de Menthe Cheesecake!” it’s to die for! It’s so creamy and delicious, that with a birthday party or just an afternoon tea coming up this cheesecake would be a big hit. The cheesecake itself is made with whip cream and crème de menthe mixed in.  Then it’s baked, and your mouth is watering for a piece, but you have to wait until the next day! It’s totally worth the wait though! Thanks to Betty Crocker for bring the recipe to you.
