If you love mint, then you have to try this “Crème de Menthe Cheesecake!” it’s to die for! It’s so creamy and delicious, that with a birthday party or just an afternoon tea coming up this cheesecake would be a big hit. The cheesecake itself is made with whip cream and crème de menthe mixed in.  Then it’s baked, and your mouth is watering for a piece, but you have to wait until the next day! It’s totally worth the wait though! Thanks to Betty Crocker for bring the recipe to you.

Here is what you’ll need to make Creme de Menthe Cheesecake:

1 3/4 cups chocolate cookie crumbs (from 9-oz. pkg.)
1/4 cup butter, melted

3 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup sugar
3 eggs
3/4 cup whipping cream
1/4 cup green crème de menthe

1/2 cup whipping cream
1 tablespoon powdered sugar
8 thin chocolate and green mints, coarsely chopped

I can’t wait to give this a try! My son is a HUGE mint fan, so I’m sure he will just eat it up… I just hope he saves me a piece! Check out Betty Crocker for the full instructions. Enjoy!
