Why don’t you try this recipe for salmon, it looks like it would be very tasty. This would be GREAT for me, because it has been about a year since I started eating salmon and it’s been starting to grow on me. There’s a sweet and hot mixture in the dish that would disguise the flavor of the salmon, which would be perfect for me. I would like to thank “My Recipes” for coming up with this dish.  You HAVE to try this salmon recipe!

Here is what you’ll need to make Crispy Orange-Glazed Salmon:

2/3 cup orange juice
3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
2 tablespoons lite soy sauce
1 small red Thai chile pepper, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 (1-inch) piece fresh ginger, grated
4 (4- to 6-ounce) salmon fillets
2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
Salt, to taste
Freshly ground pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons honey
Hot cooked rice
Garnishes: sprouts, fresh cilantro, carrot and pepper strips, and edamame
