In my household, I’m always making chicken, according to my son. I think it’s about time for a change. I found this recipe on “All Recipes”, and it’s NOT Chicken.  It’s for “Crispy Pork Cutlets” and I think he’ll enjoy eating this meal because he just loves pickles, and they’re lime flavored, so that’s a plus. Not only that, it’s has jalapeno peppers and green onions in the mix, so I‘m sure to hit the ball out of the park with this meal!

Here is what you’ll need to make Crispy Pork Cutlets:

2 (1 1/4 pound) fully trimmed pork tenderloins, cut into 8 pieces
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour, or as needed
2 eggs, beaten
3 cups panko bread crumbs
2 tablespoons butter
1/3 cup diced dill pickles
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
1 bunch green onions, chopped, green tops reserved
1 pinch cayenne pepper, or to taste
1 1/2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups cold milk, or more as needed
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, or to taste
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, or more to taste
1/2 cup vegetable oil for frying
