The whole “Gluten Free” thing is all the rage lately. I personally don’t get it, I feel like limiting yourself from eating certain things means you will be missing out on some of the best things life has to offer. “If it looks good, eat it!” That’s my philosophy. Now I DO understand that some people avoid gluten for health reasons (I personally know people with Celiac disease, and I understand fully how difficult it can be), but cutting out gluten “just because” just seems pointless– you know who you are! Tho if you MUST, All Recipes has your back with a recipe for a gluten free, flourless chocolate cake that, I must say, looks really good! Its basically a giant chocolate truffle. That’s all I needed to hear! You win THIS round Gluten free people!

Here is what you’ll need to make Flourless Chocolate Cake:

1/2 cup water
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup white sugar
18 (1 ounce) squares bittersweet chocolate
1 cup unsalted butter
6 eggs
