This Peppermint Poke Cake will make you really look forward to the Christmas season!
It’s very easy…get a box of Chocolate Fudge Box Cake Mix…be sure to follow instructions on the box, then right before the cake comes out of the oven; make the pudding mixture with peppermint extract and peppermint chips. Make sure to save half of the baking chips for the top.
Then with a wooden spoon, poke holes into the top of cake…pour pudding mix over the cake while it’s still warm…refrigerate. Wait an hour…then add the cool whip with remaining peppermint chips.
Then it’s beginning to look a lot Christmas…and soon you can indulge in your delicious Christmas treat!

1.4 oz package of Instant Chocolate Pudding Mix
2 cup cold milk
1/4 tsp Peppermint Extract Coupons
