You can make these No-Bake Raspberry-Lemonade Cheesecakes for your kids or grandkids to bring to a party for dessert, or even for something that is cool and refreshing for you to have at home.

Here’s what you need:

2 cups graham cracker crumbs 1 individual pkg
7 TB butter
1/4 cup sugar
14 oz COOL WHIP whipped topping thawed
1/2 stick softened cream cheese, optional
12 oz can frozen raspberry lemonade thawed
1/2 cup (4 oz) sweetened condensed milk

They are very easy to make; all you have to do is mix the graham cracker crumbs with the butter and sugar; then put in pan. The rest of ingredients you stir up until smooth; spoon onto crust. That’s pretty easy if you ask me!!!

Freeze for 5 hours, but let it thaw for 10 minutes. So plan accordingly or you will either be eating mushy pudding or a block of ice!
