When I am looking for a quick meal idea, Stir Fry is a great dish to fall back on, but just because it doesn’t take a ton of time, it doesn’t mean you cut out the flavor.  Taken from allrecipes.com, this amazing Sesame Shrimp Stir Fry is a full meal for 4 that has plenty of unique flavors, you might feel like you are spoiling yourself.  In addition to tasting great, this dish really pops off the plate, with bright peppers and crisp snow peas, you will be dying to take a photo before taking a bite!  And Stir Fry cleans up just as fast as its made, with only a pot for the rice and one pan to fry it all together, you won’t be wasting time over a sink later on.  I love these no fuss recipes that feel as though I slaved in the kitchen, but when I really just threw it all in one pan, its looks so good nobody ever knows it was easy!  Now lets get to making this tasty Sesame Shrimp Stir Fry!

Here is what you will need to make Sesame Shrimp Stir Fry:

2 cups water
1 cup uncooked white rice
1 pound medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 red bell pepper, sliced into thin strips
3 green onions, sliced
3 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
1/2 pound sugar snap peas
1/8 cup cornstarch
3/4 cup chicken broth
1/4 teaspoon salt
