Okay, you  may want to come up with a different name for this dessert, especially if you’re serving it to kids!  I have no idea why this recipe is called “sex in a pan” other than it really is a great dessert and when you eat it you’ll feel great, satisfied I guess… MOVING ON…

I was searching for a recipe that wasn’t too complicated and when I saw pudding, cool whip, and cream cheese, well I like all that, so I took a closer look.  This really is a simple recipe and you even use instant pudding which makes it quick. You do have to have the oven on to cook the crust for 20 minutes, but then it’s just mixing and popping it in the fridge to set and cool.  It’s a perfect dish of sweetness to end your day.  Give it a try, take a picture, and let me know what you think!

Here’s what you need:

Crust
1 cup pecans, chopped
3 tbsp white sugar
½ cup butter, melted
1 cup flour
Cream cheese layer
1 8 oz package cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar (use ½ cup for less sweetness)
1 cup whipped cream or cool whip
Vanilla pudding
1 package of instant vanilla pudding (5.1 oz or 144 g)
3 cups milk (use 2 cups if you want a firmer pudding)
Chocolate Pudding
1 package of ]instant chocolate pudding (5.1 oz or 144 g)
3 cups milk (use 2 cups if you want a firmer pudding)
Last layer
2 cups whipped cream or cool whip
shaved chocolate
