These Spice-Rubbed Baby Back Ribs look awesome! I’ve had dry rub ribs before, but these have are really interesting first step that REALLY adds to the flavor! Before any of the spices touch these ribs, they first get rubbed with a cut lime, THEN the spices get rubbed on. Then you cover and refrigerate. This recipe gives you directions for grilling and/or baking the ribs; also there is a Skinny BBQ Sauce that you can serve with the ribs with. I love ribs and these are so tasty with the spice rub that’s on them…you might not even need the BBQ sauce…the choice is up to you. I would like to thank Rachael Ray for this delicious rib dinner, it can be served with corn and salad to make your meal complete.

Here is what you’ll need to make Spice-Rubbed Baby Back Ribs:

1 1/4 teaspoons  salt
1 teaspoon  chili powder
1 teaspoon  turbinado or light brown sugar
3/4 teaspoon  ground coriander
3/4 teaspoon  ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon  freshly ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon  garlic powder
1 rack baby back ribs (2 lbs.), cut between ribs into 4 large pieces
1 small lime, halved

There’s nothing better than ribs during the summer, or ANYTIME, really. The only thing that I don’t like is the mess they usually make. That’s the best part about Dry Rub! All the flavor with none of the mess! What more could you ask? For the full instructions, head over to Rachael Ray’s site now. Enjoy!
