Every time I see Crème Brulee, it brings me back to a special anniversary dinner my husband and son took me to. It was a dinner that I will never forget, because it was in a restaurant that was very expensive and the one thing that my son, as well as, myself will always remember was the beautiful dessert; Crème Brulee. 3 egg yolks
1/4 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoons white sugar
