Here’s a tasty dinner you can make with ramen noodles that would amaze your guest. You would NEVER think that all of these ingredients would be included in a meal with RAMEN NOODLES!! First you have to cook and crumble some bacon… That right there is what shocked me! Then you have shrimp, squash and ham that is mixed in…which makes this meal UNBELIEVEABLE, and so tasty. Here is what you’ll need to make Skillet Ramen and Veggies:

4 slices bacon
2 finely chopped shallot
1 clove garlic, minced
6 ounces frozen, peeled, deveined small shrimp, thawed
2 8 ounces yellow summer squash, quartered lengthwise and sliced
2 3 ounce packages chicken-flavor ramen noodles, broken
2 cups water
1 cup cubed country ham (4 oz.)
1 cup frozen peas
3/4 cup finely shredded Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup milk
