I just LOVE carrot cake, I usually make it from scratch, but lately I haven’t been able to find the time. But Betty Crocker makes this super moist carrot cake, which is really good for a cake mix.

By adding chocolate chips, bananas and sour cream, you can turn this cake into a Chocolate Streusel Banana-Carrot Cake that would be great for your kids to indulge in.  Especially since school is starting up, this cake would be a great for your kids to have after school and before dinner…as long as they save some for Mom and Dad!

Just bake it for the allotted time…and you can turn it into a snack time delight!

Here’s what you need:

Streusel
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
