This is a new way of having your pizza! Emily Bites has this tasty “Deep Dish Pizza Casserole” that you can make you own by adding some chopped broccoli, carrots or whatever other vegetables you like. But there is only ONE WAY TO EAT THIS PIZZA…WITH A KNIFE AND FORK (Which, by the way, is the ONLY WAY that I ever eat pizza, because I don’t like having the oils drip onto my hands.  My son is CONSTANTLY making fun of me for it… Feel free to join in) But I don’t have to worry with this pizza…because there ISN’T ANY OIL!!

Here is what you’ll need to make Deep Dish Pizza Casserole:

1 lb 95% lean ground beef
15 oz can tomato sauce
Oregano to taste
Onion Powder to taste
Crushed Red Pepper Flakes to taste
Cooking Spray
8 oz mushrooms, sliced or chopped
10 oz can refrigerated pizza crust dough
6 oz shredded reduced fat mozzarella
