It’s a recipe for Chicken Cordon Bleu Pasta that is really simple and the perfect dish to make your own. It’s a great blend of pasta, chicken, ham, bacon and cheese that you can turn into a family favorite.

My family loves it with extra bacon and it’s the dish that we end up making when we have a lot of leftovers in the fridge. We use whatever kind of ham, chicken, cheese or pasta we have and it always turns out perfect!

Here’s what you need:

3 cups uncooked penne pasta
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened and cubed
1-1/2 cups (6 ounces) shredded Swiss cheese, divided
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3 cups sliced cooked chicken breasts
3/4 cup crumbled cooked Jones Dairy Farm Dry-Aged Bacon
3/4 cup cubed fully cooked ham
3 tablespoons dry bread crumbs
