My son LOVES Star Wars! Like, a LOT! I’ve seen it too tho. That’s the one with Captain Kirk right?… Yeah, I thought so… 😉

Ok so I don’t really know much about Star Wars, but I DO know a thing or two about Oreos! So when I came upon this recipe, not only did it make me think of my son, but it also sparked my love for Oreos, as well as my need for trying new and interesting recipes I never would have thought up before. So I might as well give it a try. I can’t wait to see the look on my son’s face!

Here’s what you need:

30 oreo cookies (regular)
4 ounces low fat cream cheese (cold)
6 ounces white chocolate melting wafers or vanilla almond bark (I used Vanilla Almond Bark)
5 ounces dark or milk chocolate melting wafers (or good quality chocolate chips)
premade chocolate icing to act as glue for rolos
32 rolos
edible markers to make your eyes and lips

Big thanks go to The Cookie Rookie for this great recipe! These are so cute when they’re done, and I’m sure they taste great too. How could they not? it’s Oreos and Rolos together, That’s what I call a winning combination! Be sure to head on over to The Cookie Rookie now for the full instructions. Enjoy!
