With Christmas of its way, you might find yourself running short of time when it comes to making desserts. Well, how about trying out this recipe for 3 Minute Cranberry Pistachio Fudge that I just came across.
Just like the name says, this fudge only TAKES 3 MINUTES TO MAKE…that’s right 3 MINUTES!!
It’s perfect…you are having people over for Christmas dinner at 3 o’clock. The table is set…the turkey will be done at 2 o’clock…the veggies are made…my mother is bring over the lasagna…appetizers are ready to go…you made the cheesecake and cookies…but you need something else on the table…I know, I’ll make the fudge…it only takes 3 minutes to make…but has to be refrigerated for 30 minutes. That’s perfect!!!
It’s 12 o’clock and gives me enough of time to make the fudge!!!
Well, its 2:30 and your guest are starting to arrive, and everything is coming along on schedule.
And everything was tasty and delicious. But I had gotten so many comments on the FUDGE…go figure. The one thing I spent the LEAST time on got the most cheers. Unbelievable… But I’ll take it!
Here’s what you need:
12 oz. white chocolate chips
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 Tbsp. maple syrup or honey or 1 tsp. vanilla extract (clear is best)
1/2 cup dried cranberries (Craisina)
1/3 cup chopped pistachios
