Cornflakes are one of those cereals that taste great on their own, but are also simple enough that you can find many uses for them.  This recipe I found was used by one of my sisters in law and it tasted so good I’ve added it to my “go-to”recipe file!

You can find most of the ingredients at great prices, which always makes me happy.  This recipe is so easy and yet so lovely and tasty, it will definitely be one of those dishes everyone will ask for you to make again and again.  This dish can be served with any meal and it’s most likely you won’t have leftovers.  Have fun trying this recipe and let me know what your family thinks!

Here’s what you need:

1 (30 oz) bag frozen hash brown potatoes
2 cups sour cream
1 (10.75 oz) can cream of chicken soup
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 cups shredded cheese
salt and pepper, to taste
2 cups corn flakes, crushed
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
