If you have read my blog before, you probably already know how much I LOVE Italian food. One of my favorites has got to be lasagna. This recipe, however, isn’t quite the lasagna I was expecting. Never the less, this recipe is just perfect for anyone with a sweet tooth who might be looking for something a little different. The best part about it is that, while it may LOOK decadent and rich, it’s actually surprisingly light. So you get to indulge as much as you want without feeling TOO bad about yourself in the process. Sounds great to me! I found this recipe over on tablespoon.com and if you would like to indulge yourself a little bit, you have to try it yourself!

Here is what you’ll need to make Chocolate Dessert Lasagna:

1 box Betty Crocker™ SuperMoist™ triple chocolate fudge cake mix
1 stick butter, softened
2 (8 ounce) tubs whipped topping
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon almond extract
4 (3.25 ounce) containers pre-made chocolate pudding
1 can Betty Crocker™ Whipped chocolate frosting
3 cups Chocolate Toast Crunch™ cereal
1 cup chocolate chunks or chocolate chips
1/2 cup hot fudge sauce

This looks amazing! There’s no two ways about it. Though, while it might be lighter than it looks, this is definitely a “once in a blue moon” type of dish. For the full instructions, head over to tablespoon.com now. Enjoy!
