I don’t know about you, but this one just SCREAMS midnight snack! This recipe is one I found recently that is for Toasted Ravioli Pizza Pockets, and boy, does this have “guilty pleasure” written all over it!

It calls for the use of Chef Boyardee beef ravioli, which I actually buy often even though I don’t have any small children. I actually like the taste of it when I combine the ravioli with my own added ingredients. If you don’t like Chef Boyardee, you could use any ravioli you choose, even your own.

It’s a twist on a regular pasta meal that is fun and very flavorful. You can follow this recipe or make it your own creation with your favorite ingredients. Give it a try and let me know what you think.

Here’s what you need:

2 cans (15 oz each) Chef Boyardee® Beef Ravioli
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup chopped plum tomatoes
4 white pita pocket breads (6-1/2 inch), cut in half
3/4 cup shredded Italian blend or mozzarella cheese
