When I was much younger, I used to make ice pops with Kool-aid on those hot Summer days. But now, as a more health conscious and responsible adult, you can make ice pops for your kids and their friends with Fresh Fruit and Yogurt. You can use fresh fruit such as blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, sliced bananas… the list goes on! Then you just mix everything up with Dannon Light & Fit Nonfat Yogurt.

I know I just listed off a bunch of stuff, but for constancy’s sake (and the sake of anyone out there putting together a shopping list) I’m gonna go ahead and list everything here:

2 cups fresh blueberries, raspberries, strawberries and sliced bananas, mixed
2 cups plain or vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup white sugar
8 small paper cups
8 popsicle sticks

After it’s all mixed up you then fill paper cups ¾ full…cover and poke a popsicle stick through the. Wait 5 hours…peel off the paper cup…and it’s as if you were a kid again because you can enjoy these Fruit and Yogurt Pops with your kids and their friends.

I would like to thank April20 and All Recipes for these delicious and refreshing ice pops. Be sure to head over to All Recipes by clicking here to check out the full instructions. Enjoy!
