Here’s a recipe for a great dessert I found called Lemon Cheesecake Bars and they are so good! This is a great combo! Two things I love, cheesecake and the taste of lemon meringue pie in one awesome bar… yummy!
The crust is made from graham crackers, butter and a little bit of ginger and has such a great flavor.  The cheesecake is a typical cheesecake recipe, but you add lemon extract along with your vanilla extract.  It takes about 45 minutes in the oven and then needs to be refrigerated after it cools for at least 4 hours.
If you’re not a fan of lemon, you can change things up by using orange or raspberry extract. It’s a great dessert to make for your friends and family.
Here’s what you need:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup butter melted
1/2 teaspoon Ginger Ground
3 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons flour
1 1/2 teaspoons Pure Lemon Extract
1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
3 eggs
